What was the highlight of Inn De Avenida, Makati
This hotel is very good value for money, if you can stand the noise level in rooms.
The room was clean and bed comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.
Room had no windows or view, and hotel is located right next to skyway overpass and dual carriageway underpass (EDSA), so the noise level in the room during day and all night long is crazy, overpowering my own speakers in the room. Finally, rooms are located on upper floors and there is no lift. However, in fairness to the hotel and booking.com, it , they send you a warning at the time of booking about the location and lack of lift, and you don't have to pay until arrival.

It's boundary between Pasay and Makati, so it's far from city center and malls in Makati
The staff asked too much of unnecessary stuff, like everytime I go out they keep on asking what my room number is. The guard already know I am guess but he kept on confirming.

Good
Reasonable accommodation. Close to the airport. Security downstairs is 24/7 so it felt very safe. If you wanna save money this is the one.
AC is very loud. 4 stairs without elevator, good exercise! Lol The area is a bit sketchy at night so I recommend ordering food if you are alone. No hairdryer, no housekeeping, no curtain in the shower so floor gets wet around toilet.
