This hotel is very good value for money, if you can stand the noise level in rooms.

The room was clean and bed comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.

Room had no windows or view, and hotel is located right next to skyway overpass and dual carriageway underpass (EDSA), so the noise level in the room during day and all night long is crazy, overpowering my own speakers in the room. Finally, rooms are located on upper floors and there is no lift. However, in fairness to the hotel and booking.com, it , they send you a warning at the time of booking about the location and lack of lift, and you don't have to pay until arrival.

It's boundary between Pasay and Makati, so it's far from city center and malls in Makati

The staff asked too much of unnecessary stuff, like everytime I go out they keep on asking what my room number is. The guard already know I am guess but he kept on confirming.

Reasonable accommodation. Close to the airport. Security downstairs is 24/7 so it felt very safe. If you wanna save money this is the one.

AC is very loud. 4 stairs without elevator, good exercise! Lol The area is a bit sketchy at night so I recommend ordering food if you are alone. No hairdryer, no housekeeping, no curtain in the shower so floor gets wet around toilet.

The room was clean and big. The staff is absolutely kind and made my holiday perfect.

The hotel is in a road with a lot of noisy but the staff tell you before to reserve the room.

perfect sleepover option - price quality

is really clean amenities work just fine breakfast in room number - really good perfect to spend one night before flight

only one problem is that it is noisy - but hotel tell u that in advance in chat - so problems with that a/c - directly on you bad but as i understood is. aproblem of all the hotels in the country

Close to MRT Station and Ayala Center.

Inn De Avenida is just 300 meters from Magallanes LRT Station and one jeepney ride to MOA. The rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors and there is a water dispenser in each floor. The guard and the staff serve with a smile.

No bidet.

Just great

Nothing too much if you use headphones or plugs. Super clean room and friendly staff. Real Manila. Bit of traffic noise as expected and communicated by the staff. Having live TV was a good bonus.

Maybe a list of tv channels and where to find them so you dont need to flip every channel. A bowl or plate. Just a suggestion.
